Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:  ·

Supervises kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all food and beverage policies, standard and procedures.
Produce and serve food in accordance with current authorised recipes ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy during the shift ensure that the department is maintained in a safe manner, free of hazards, and that the store health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Bachelor degree or diploma in culinary arts 3+ yearsʼ experience in a similar capacity/ factions position in a 4-5 star hotel or in a well established restaurant experience in managing entry level employees excellent knowledge of english ,
