Responsibilities: ·
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
- Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent / University Degree is a plus
- Customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent Knowledge of English Language (Russian and English Language is a plus)
